Purchase Terms of Agreement

The purchase of digital products from On-Chain Income is subject to the following terms and conditions. Customers are encouraged to review this policy carefully before completing any purchase.

Payment + Refund Policy

All transactions for the purchase of intangible products - including crypto systems, Notion templates, PDFs, downloads, resource materials, and other online content - are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways such as PayPal, Gumroad, and NOWPayments. These gateways utilize SSL encryption to protect your data during the transaction process.

Payments can be made using major credit or debit cards, PayPal, or cryptocurrencies (such as BTC, ETH, USDC, and others supported by NOWPayments).

Because all products offered by On-Chain Income are digital and intangible, they are deemed β€œused” after download, access, or opening. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes purchases made via PayPal, Gumroad, and NOWPayments.

Cryptocurrency transactions are also non-refundable and irreversible, due to the nature of blockchain technology.

Once a crypto payment is confirmed and recorded on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or returned.

On-Chain Income reserves the right to modify any product information, including but not limited to pricing, specifications, or product descriptions, without prior notice.

Delivery of Goods and Services

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact onchainincome@gmail.com with your transaction or payment details (including crypto transaction hash, if applicable). We will ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
