All product prices are one-time charges, and current pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments can be made through Gumroad (PayPal, Stripe, and card payments) or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency transactions).

All transactions are processed securely through SSL-encrypted gateways.

Because of the nature of cryptocurrency payments and blockchain confirmations, crypto transactions are final and non-reversible once confirmed on the network.

4. Refund and Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific product page.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use our materials without express written permission. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action or criminal penalties. However you can become our affiliate and get paid 50% commission.

Any dispute or claim related to your purchase or use of our products shall be governed by and resolved under the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Both parties agree that any legal action will be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Republic of Slovenia.

Cryptocurrency payments are handled through third-party gateways such as NOWPayments, and On-Chain Income assumes no responsibility for transaction errors, network issues, or user mistakes related to wallet addresses or blockchain confirmations.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the competent courts of the Republic of Slovenia.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
