Both parties agree that any legal action shall be filed in the appropriate court within Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia, and they consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia, and each party hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any applicable law, it shall not affect or impair the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. The parties shall replace any such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
